Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or a proof of age card.
LATE CHECKOUT POLICY Checkout time is 12 noon. Guests wishing to extend their stay will be charged a fee. Fees vary according to checkout time. Arrangements are subject to availability and should be made with the Front Office team located at the Reception Desk.
PET POLICY Pets, insects, birds and other animals in the Hotel are not allowed.
PAYMENT POLICY According to the rules, the payment for a stay can be made in advance. In the case of the long-term staying the guest must pay every three days.
THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must complete an Authorization Approval form and fax/e-mail prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY Reservations must be cancelled 48hrs in advance of your arrival date before 12.00 noon. In the event of a no show, or a cancellation with less than 48hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, one night payment will be charged.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner or the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation.
UNREGISTERED PERSONS Guest’s visitors may stay at the hotel from 08 a.m. to 11 p.m. only from guest’s permission and providing required documents for identification. If visitor decided to stay after 11 pm, he (she) should pay for the room. Front desk receptionists should be informed about all guest’s visitors.
The hotel has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave the hotel premises, whenever not respecting any article of the hotel’s internal rules, or behaving improperly at the criteria of the hotel management.
DISTURBANCE The Hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
RELOCATION In the unlikely event that the Residency Hotel does not, for any reason have the required number and types of rooms available as per the Booking, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate the Client to an alternative hotel of a similar standard.
DAMAGE You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts in cash as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by as a result of the aforesaid.
LOSSES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of cash, jewelry or other valuables. Safe deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items. Keep your secret code with you and never reveal it to anyone. We request you to double check safe deposit box in your room upon your departure from the Hotel.
The Hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an Act of God, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel’s control.
Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that Bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate any booking to another hotel of similar size and standard. The Client acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the relocation of the Client.
Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.
The Residency Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.
LOST AND FOUND Articles left behind by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by owner up to 30 (Thirty) days. After that time, unclaimed items will be disposed by the hotel as seen fit.
GYM / POOL SECURITY Gym/Pool is a public place under Pakistani Law. Therefore, valuables or personal belongings should not be taken to the Gym/Pool, as their safety cannot be assured, nor does the hotel assume responsibility for these items. Guest will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury during his/her workout.
UNACCEPTABLE USE OF WINDOWS & BALCONIES Country law prohibits hanging clothing and other objects from windows and balconies.
LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Hotel’s option.
You may purchase this through the ' front desk at a minimal charge. Each item of luggage will be tagged with a luggage identification tag and may only be retrieved by the bearer of the tag. If the tag cannot be produced during collection, we may nevertheless allow the luggage to be collected if the person claiming it can establish, to our satisfaction, his/her right or authority to collect the luggage and Residency Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage for releasing the luggage accordingly. Each piece of luggage must weigh no more than 30kgs and may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size.
You use the Hotel luggage storage facilities at your own risk. Residency Hotel will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release Residency Hotel from any liability in respect thereof.
GOVERNING LAWS Any dispute with The Residency Hotel is governed by the laws of the country where the Hotel you booked your stay with is located and shall be settled in the courts of that country (Lahore - Pakistan).
CHANGES TO THE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS Residency Hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on The Residency Hotel and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions as made available on The Residency Hotel. Please check The Residency Hotel website for updates to these Terms and Conditions.
