The Residency Hotel has always placed paramount importance on the health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests and employees. In the wake of the current Pandemic, we have implemented a new set of safety standards & guidelines set by The World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control.
Listed below is the detail of each protective and safety measure that we have implemented for the wellbeing and safety of our guests:-
Upon arrival at our luxurious hotel, every guest, associate, and visitor will have to go through the non-evasive thermal scanner at the entrance, before stepping into the premises of the hotel. Furthermore, the guest luggage will also be sterilized, sanitized, and disinfected before they are delivered to room
We have gone the extra mile to ensure the safety of our guests and associates, thus have implemented Contact-free check-in and check-out procedures at the reception area. The Front desk officer will provide sanitized room key cards to the guest wearing gloves and masks.
We have placed Social distancing markers for the queues at the reception to control general crowding and check-in queues. Screens have been put in place at the reception desks to maintain the recommended social distance.
The seating area in the lobby has been reconfigured to ensure 6 feet of social distancing is maintained between all the guests.
Not only Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed at all the public spaces including corridors, entrances, lobbies, conference rooms, and rooms but also Washbasin is installed outside to wash hands.
Hand sanitizers, protective masks, and disposable gloves are available in all the rooms and will be provided daily to our valuable guests.
We have enhanced our cleaning procedures for all areas of the hotel including rooms, conference hall, suites, lobby, staircase, entrance, and reception area. Our housekeeping staff use premium standard cleaning and disinfection products for all the fixtures, fittings, light buttons, door handles, railing, remote controls and use a professional air purifier to clean the air. Our housekeeping staff, wearing full safety gear, change Bed linens of the room on a daily basis, is vacuum the carpet & disinfect the furniture every day.
Guest Safety guideline posters with recommended WHO public health guidelines, including maintaining social distancing, avoid shaking hands, hand washing, usage of hand sanitizers, avoid touching eyes, mouth and face, coughing and sneezing into your arm or tissue paper are placed at all regular intervals all over the hotel. Furthermore, all our staff has been trained to follow all the SOPs and wear safety gear including masks and gloves all the time to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
